Actually I am going to write about two cities, Waterloo and Kitchener. They are located border to border, the limits are blurred, alone the city signs mark the point where one ends and the other begins.

There isn't really much to tell about KW. There are some good pubs and bars and we have drunken some beers and danced to live music.

I can only show some pictures Simon took with his digital camera in August (I have been in Waterloo "downtown" very rarely and on these occasion I hadn't had my camera with me;-)). They are supposed to show what is typical for Canada: broad streets, fast food shop at every corner, long distances due to extensive town planning....
